Very thorough interviewing process, consisting of two recruiter phone interviews, an in-person interview in base office, a telephone interview with a specialist in the area I applied to, and a panel interview/presentation. Well organised, lots of support available from within the business to prepare, and felt thorough. Lots of opportunity to ask own questions, so it was clear at the end of the process of the right fit for both sides.
