Lengthy with no follow up with multiple interviews. Appeared the focus was on market research rather than recruitment. Hopeful that this company is aware and corrects the process as candidates deserve better even if they are not a fit for the position.

Question 1
Not a legitimate interview. Company was doing market research under the guise of recruitment.
The worst interview process I have had during recruiting, the HR team is mostly from the states and there's a lot of disconnect with the Canadian side.
1. I had mentioned that I had another offer and gave a timeline of when I would hear back. I got confirmation over the call with the HR Manager. Days had passed after the Superday interview with radio silence and no reply to my emails either. Finally, get a phone call after my deadline with a rejection call.
The expectation for Superday is 4-5 hrs of work but trust me it was more like 10-15 hrs of research.
2. I get a second rejection call two weeks later of the same. The recruiter had forgotten about the conversation and chat two weeks prior to it. They sounded really embarrassed and didn't apologize.
This shows how much they value their candidates and how poorly the HR team functions. This experience has scarred my experience with Gartner and would never interview with them ever.
I'm not mad just disappointed in the experience I had to go through as an applicant. There are other firms that value you more tbh.

Question 1
Q: Superday Case - Help a municipality pick a social service program, market sizing and choose a CSaaS provider.
Take home case 5 days before interview. You will then present your recommendations to a team of ~2 people. They will ask questions after your presentation and also present feedback.
