A very professional interview process and if you've been referred, you will be asked about your relationship to the person who has recommended you. First there are some screening questions, then some behavioural questions. Then your file gets passed on to talent teams where they coach you through the process.

4 interviews with their Senior Consultant and Directors. Talked about my background, general topics regarding client works with local companies, and latest tech trends. Interviews were done in both of English and Japanese for each round.
