Gartner Customer Service Representative interview questions

I had three interviews total. Their interview process is very formal and they ask a lot of behavioral questions so using the STAR method to answer these questions is important. I overall had a good experience during the interview process. I didn't take the job however because I decided I didn't want to move.

Lengthy interview process. About 4 rounds, with the middle two running about an hour long with sales role plays. Recruiter will help prep you for the interview and role plays the best they can. Typical sales type questions.
