Handled very professionally and with great support. The interview process consisted of a six step process - HR screening, interview with hiring manager, interview with a Senior Executive Partner, interview with the SVP, case interview followed by a panel Q and A.

Interview
There was an initial phone conversation followed by peer interviews (three) and the people leader for the role. The final stage was a presentation and customer conversation reenactment. It was ridiculous. There was no guidance whatsoever on what to put in the presentation so you had to try to presume. That went fairly ok but then the reenactment was extremely bullying. The room was full of middle-aged white males (about 7) and I had to try to comfort a 'customer' that was extremely angry and rude. It was so unethical this interview I can't explain how bad it made me feel. So glad I never got the job. The culture is horrible.

Very structured with a good opportunity to meet lots of peers across the business. Skills tested and brought to life through case study panel which reflects the challenges in the role.
