Gartner Sr. Account Executive interview questions

Two phone screens with sales recruiter. Questions were of the pretty standard behavioral type. After the second interview I waited a day beyond the promised follow up date before I received a boilerplate rejection email. I followed up twice more to seek detailed feedback and was ghosted by the recruiter. One more company that doesn’t respect the time its candidates put into the interview process.

Long and drawn out. Elements are unnecessary for a senior role. Feels like they have a very specific requirement for the type of person they are looking for. However it can be viewed as a way for you to decide if it is right for you
