Gartner Sales Development Program interview questions

The second interview lasted an hour and consisted entirely of behavioral questions. Unfortunately, the experience felt impersonal, as the interviewer kept their camera off the entire time and maintained a rigid, non-conversational tone. The format was strictly question-and-answer with little engagement or rapport-building. Also, when I responded without explicitly following the STAR format, the interviewer dismissed my answers by saying, “You didn’t answer in STAR format.”
