Get ready to think on your feet. I understand why they grill you, but it seemed a bit excessive. The second interview is about an hour and a half of them throwing behavioral analysis questions at you and you having to answer in the “star” method. Great company, interview process proves it.

Interview
There was an initial phone call with the recruiter and then two online interviews with various employees. Throughout the interview process, constructive feedback was given. We were also tasked with a role play (at random) for the first online interview and a second role play in the final round that needs to be prepared for.

Interview
The first step in the interview process was an introductory phone interview. I had two more interviews after that, both on zoom. The last two interviews were both an hour long and followed the same agenda. The first thirty minutes was behavioral based questions and the second thirty minutes was a role play.
