Gerdau interview questions

Had a phone interview first, then a one on one. Afterwards I had a panel interview with employees currently in the rolling mill. Everyone was polite and thoroughly explained the process. Afterwards, I was able to take a tour of the mill and see first hand what the job was all about and how hot it would be.

interview was conducted via phone by offsite corporate recruiter with introduction to local hiring manager. recruiter followed up via email regarding status then replied declining position after three weeks. opportunity was provided to submit resume for additional corporate positions.
