I had an initial phone interview, which was pretty standard- I.e tell me about yourself, your experience, explains the company a bit, explains the role. My second interview consisted of four, 30 min long video chats with a different person every 30 min. Every single one of them asked the exact same questions and asked if I had any questions. I found it difficult to keep coming up with questions, but I made it work. The last interview was in the office, presenting to two employees, a presentation of yourself, why glassdoor, why you're a good fit for glassdoor, good traits, etc.- essentially selling yourself and explaining why you would make a great fit for the SDR role.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Glassdoor in Jun 2016
Interview
I have attened 3 rounds of technical rounds. First 2 round was almost 2 hours of technical question related with c#, asp.net, sql etc. On third round they asked only one question from sql query and on that basis only they told me to leave.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor in Apr 2016
Interview
Very pleasant interview process. After an HR interview, phone call with the hiring manager, and several video interviews with different members of the team, I was not offered the position I interviewed for. However, a week later, I was called back to interview for a position that they thought I would be a better fit for. I then went through a couple more interviews and was offered a new internship position. It demonstrated that Glassdoor puts careful consideration into its interview process and highly values each applicant.
