I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor (Mill Valley, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
I applied on the company website and received a reply within a few days.
First was a phone screening with who I believe was a Senior Android Engineer currently at Glassdoor. Interview was consisted of technical Android questions, behaviorial questions, and project experience. Overall, it was a pleasant, estimated 30 minute conversation.
The next step was an hour long Skype Video Interview with both a Senior Android Engineer and a Senior Mobile/iOS Engineer. Depending on whether you had a phone screening prior to this, the questions from before would have been asked here before the actual coding interview. It was overall pleasant, and while I didn't get an offer after this step, I appreciate Glassdoor for their time and effort for giving me an opportunity.

Interview
Had an initial call with a recruiter with very high level questions about my resume and past experience, immediately scheduled the second phone interview with my to be manager for the same week.
second call was a much more in depth conversation about what i have accomplished in the past and why i think that i am a good fit for the role, also gave time to answer some questions that I had as well. I heard back a week after the second call to schedule my sales pitch.
sales pitch was selling glassdoor, not looking for product knowledge. looking to see how you can connect their needs with what we can do.
4th and final interview was two in person interviews. Really sell yourself during this step as you are in the home stretch. received an offer the same evening.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2016
Interview
I can't speak highly enough of my experience interviewing for the SDR position! My interview process with Glassdoor in Chicago took roughly three weeks. The process began with a phone screen; a very pleasant 15-20 minute discussion with a Sales Development Manager about the role and my background. I was invited to interview with four additional Sales team members via Google Hangout. Each conversation revealed something new and attractive about the position and Glassdoor as a whole. My conversations were very much two-sided and I was given the opportunity to ask plenty of questions. This round of interviews took about two hours. The final round consisted of a 15 minute presentation "selling yourself" to a handful of Sales team members (some of whom I had spoken with previously, a few I had never met). Again, I felt completely comfortable and confident going into the presentation. I was able to let my personality come through while simultaneously demonstrating how I would be a valuable member of the team. The Sales team did a fantastic job of explaining the role and responsibilities as well as the company culture even though I'm sure they were all dealing with the tremendous adjustment and changes associated with the transition to the Chicago office. I appreciate the helpful feedback I received along the way. By the end of the process, I was 100% sold on Glassdoor and I would have accepted my offer if I was able to relocate at this point in my life.
