Glassdoor interview questions

Two rounds of phone interviews then on site. One site questions include: implement hash table, how to implement load balancer, how to design features using existing data and how to implement a Resource pool. Unable to write good code for the Resource pool on site.

It's a very fast process. I applied online and received an interview offer within a handful of days. I interviewed directly with the hiring manager then came into the office for in person interviews. Most of the people I interviewed with were really terrific. Some of the higher ups have strong personalities (for ex. extremely blunt) and you have to be flexible to adjust to it, which I wasn't very good at.
