Glassdoor interview questions

I received an unsolicited email stating they were looking for people with my background, with a link to apply for the position. Two hours after formally applying I received an email from the originator of the first email stating: " We have reviewed your resume and, while impressed by your background, we will be moving forward with candidates that more closely match our current hiring needs in our local area." It seems someone was attempting to reach a predetermined quota of applicants rather than actually qualifying applicants.
