I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor in May 2022
Interview
The recruiter reached out to me to set up an initial screening interview. It was a transparent process and she walked me through the benefits and compensation. Then,I had a conversation with the hiring manager who set the expectations of the role and got to know my short term and long term career goals. After this round,I was moved to the panel interviews where I met with 5 different stakeholders.Questions were both technical and behavioral.Behavioral questions were asked to see if I would be a cultural fit at Glassdoor.HR then wrapped up the interviews to see if I had any additional questions and feedback on the overall interview process.Post that,I was extended an offer within 24 hours.Overall I had an amazing interview experience and got to learn so much about the team and culture and I cannot wait to begin my career at Glassdoor.I understand that the company wants to choose the right candidate , but I also felt that in a hot job market situation, it was a long interview process meeting with different people.I would suggest cutting down a couple of interviews from the panel interviews in the future:)
