The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Glassdoor
Interview
Received an email to setup phone interview with HR recruiter. Had a discussion about my past experience with the recruiter which led to him saying he would recommend me for a lower role that was open on the same team. Told me to give him 24-48 hours to get an email out to setup interview with hiring manager. It’s been close to a week now so I assume they didn’t like what I said despite telling me something different. No notification what so ever indicating if the hiring manager just wasn’t interested. I’d think with such a small company they’d care about retaining potential talent opportunities but seeing as there’s no decency to follow up I won’t ever try working here again.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for Glassdoor. We strive to create a great candidate experience and I sincerely apologize that was not the case for you.
Your candid feedback helps us identify process improvement and coaching opportunities and I will work with my team to close those gaps to prevent this from happening in the future.
Thank you again for sharing your feedback. - Carina Cortez, Chief People Officer
Hiring Manager was straightforward. Seemed a little disengaged at first, but at least knew what she was talking about. I completed a case study and sent it in. Ironically for Glassdoor, they provided no feedback on it, which isn't very transparent. Didn't even give a courtesy "no feedback is provided" response to a request for feedback.

Question 1
Mostly basic. Took me through a case study to explore declining revenue performance.
Thanks so much for leaving us feedback about your interview process. I'm glad to read the process was straighforward. We're not in the business of surprising our candidates with trick questions, unexpected tests, or unforeseen interviews, so it really is one of the best compliments we can receive! I'm sorry to read there was a lack of adequate follow-up at the end of your interview. If you email me directly at mark.batke@glassdoor.com, I would be happy to ask your hiring manager to reach out directly and provide you with more robust feedback to help you interview with Glassdoor again in the future.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Glassdoor in Dec 2021
Interview
The interview process was very straightforward, and there was good communication with the recruiter. I had a total of 4 interviews, but the typical process is a phone screen, a panel interview, and a final presentation. This process spanned over roughly a month and a half, but it did fall over the holiday and New Year, and I had an additional interview as I was recommended for a different role.
