Interview
Applied online July, 2021. A recruiter made contact about 2 weeks later, had a very pleasant call with him. The next step was to have an interview with the hiring manager, I had radio silence for the first week, that scheduled and reschedule interview multiple times. My favorite was the cancellation 10 minutes before the call. Rescheduled for next day and had a great conversation with the hiring manager, very engaging. and from that point on, I never heard from them again, I made a few attempts to follow up, but the recruiter never emailed me back. It's ok if I wasn't a match, but the minimum courtesy is to let the candidate know and give some feedback. Especially when glassdoor is all about the people and the mission to make job finding a pleasant experience.
Thank you for your candid feedback and I am so sorry you had a less than stellar interview experience with us. We appreciate the time you invested into scheduling and meeting with us - there is no excuse for us not closing the loop with you. We plan to take your feedback to heart to improve our interview process going forward. We wish you the best of luck in your job search! - Tami Evnin, Sr. Manager of Product Design
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor in Jun 2021
Interview
A super slick interviewing process that is extremely quick. First call is with the talent team and then you move onto your future manager and others you would work with. I was impressed by the open and honest feedback at every stage of the process. I spoke to 8 different team members which gave me a broad insight into how the company operates, and I also completed a take home task. Everyone was very friendly throughout and asked thought provoking questions.
They want to see that you have a genuine interest in the mission of the company.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor in Jul 2021
Interview
I was introduced to the opportunity through an old co-worker who recently joined Glassdoor, and had preliminary interviews with both the director, and the hiring manager. Besides a small hiccup with recruiting in the beginning, the process was fairly smooth. I met with 5 other members of the team (across product, design and engineering) over the span of two weeks, and received an offer at the beginning of the third week. Everyone was kind, courteous and incredibly transparent.
