Interview
Die erste Runde des Interviews war über Skype, die zweite persönlich. Das Interview war angenehm und einfach, jedoch keine Verhandlungsmöglichkeiten bezüglich Entschädigung, Begünstigungen, Heimbüro, Ausbildung und so weiter. Nach dem zweiten Interview habe ich sechs Wochen gewartet, bis ich wieder Kontakt zu der Firma aufnahm und zu meiner Überraschung wurde ich zu einer weiteren Interviewrunde bei Skype eingeladen. Hier musste ich mich wiederholen und einen weiteren Satz Interviewfragen beantworten. Es scheint als sei das Management unorganisiert.

Interview
Applied with recruiting agency, introductory interview going through my skills and education with a recruiting staff, position was presented as customer service with German and English, no outbound calls, first round of selection procedure is a written test with a writing exercise to check your language skills. After passing this an interview with employees follows in both languges asking about experience and free time activities, why Global Blue etc, finally you meet the HR which is also your supervisor for a personal interview, the position, bonuses, philosophy of the company is presented, a 1.5 hours observation follows, finally you decide wheather take it or leave it

Interview
There were 2 - 3 levels of interviews which spanned approximately a month. Hiring manager gets subordinate to do a peer interview first (skype/face-to-face) before interviewing himself. Finally HR comes into the picture to squeeze you for the lowest buck.
