4 x 45 min interviews - Role related knowledge - Leadership attributes - Googleyness (comfort within ambiguous situations) 2 styles of questions: - tell me about a time you.... (ie give a real example) - "if...." (ie a hypothetical)

Straightforward and concise. Delayed between interview rounds. Ended up not being offered the role. Was kept in the loop throughout the whole process. Team were really nice and kept in communicaiton.
