I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Google (Amsterdam) in Mar 2022
Interview
At the beginning of the interview process the recruiter told me the interview process would be three rounds. After the third round I was waiting for the outcome and after two week they told me there would be an extra round, but I was the last of two people. After this extra round, I had to wait for two weeks again and they emailed me there would be another round, a lunch at the office. The lunch was nice and I would get the outcome within two days. After hearing nothing for two weeks I emailed the manager, who informed the recruiter to contact me. Unfortunately I did not get the job, but the manager would contact me to provide feedback and let me know why they chose another candidate. We are know 7 weeks later, I contacted the recruiter and manager twice via email, however they did not provide me with the feedback they proactively promised. They process took 3,5 months and after all the time and effort they did not respect me enough as a candidate to follow up with me or provide me with feedback they promised themselves. I do not feel respected as a candidate in the end.
Very specific questions. They presented scenarios where they wanted you to walk through how you would solve it. These questions varied from content specific questions to statutory questions. Overall, it wasn't horrible.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Google (Neu-Delhi) in Jun 2018
Interview
It was a 15 minutes interview where the interviewer clearly had not read my CV - waste of time. The interviewer was not very interested - then I was rejected after 3 months of radio silence.
