I had 3 interviews with hiring manager and xfn team. I was doing internal transfer so there was not so much question about fit or googleyness. Overall difficulty was average asking you some basic business case question and situational based questions.

How would you answer if you partners claim that their revenue has decreased?
Got a call from a Singapore based HR partner. Had a telephonic discussion with her followed by an in person interview with the business head . The interview revved around my understanding on payments and partner management. In the second round i met head of payments India where the focus was more on my understanding of the payments industry in India and what too e&commerce players expect from UPI providers.

The interview was with the recruiter who explained the role was mainly to do sales negotiations. The Job description doesn’t mention any of that - It was positioned as a more strategic role, but from what the recruiter said, it was to mainly do sales.
