H&M Business Controller interview questions

Only went to the first step of the process which was a half an hour phone interview. However the whole process consists of more steps such as logical test and a day at the headquarters in Stockholm. During that day you get to talk to different people and as far as I know there will be some case solving exercises. However I did not make it that long which is why I can not post too much about it!

Applied online, first step was an phone interview. Straightforward questions; Why H&M?, Why this role? What do you know about the role?. Second step was an online test. Third step, assessment day composed by three interviews, one HR interview, one CV intervjue and one Case intervjue. Fourth step, is an personality test and last step was an interview with the division controller. Overall a very nice experience.
