H&M Business Controller interview questions

I first conducted two online tests, one logical test and one numerical test - as well as one assignment testing my ability to manage an e-mail inbox for a marketing manager. I then was invited to a phone interview. There I was asked why I was applying to H&M, what qualities I had that suited the job, my experience of leadership, etc. Relaxed and easy-going.

The first step was an IQ-test followed up by a telephone interview with a HR-employee. General questions about resume. Then, I was called up for an interview day consisting of two separate interviews. One focusing on personality and leadership, the other on job related questions. This was followed up by a personality test.
