I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at H&M (London, England)
Interview
Icebreaker = We were told to draw something that represents us and then we had to present it and also explain why we wanted to work for H&M.
H&M knowledge = We talked about what we knew about H&M. Their values, sustainability, number of stores, number of countries, their affiliated stores, etc.
1st group task = We were split into three groups and we had to list the strengths and improvements of H&M. Then we had to present it and explain.
2nd group task = (1st shop floor task) We were put into pairs and we went onto the shop floor and created outfits for a customer based on the criteria.
(2nd shop floor task) We were then told to just be on the shop floor as an employee, individually, for a set period of time.
Then we went off the shop floor and filled in our availability and details.
3rd group task = We were given two scenarios to discuss.
And that was it! It was a super chilled interview and it didn’t feel as if you were being pressured.

Interview
The interview process was very brief and casual. I only went through one phone screen and had an in-person interview that week. I was offered the position right after and I started working that following week.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at H&M (Lithonia, GA)
Interview
The application process took 10 minutes and I received a call within a week. Short and simple interview that lasted no more than 20 minutes. The store at this location is nice, quiet, and organized. During week two of the process I got a call for a job offer.
