H&M Part-time Sales Advisor interview questions

First I was invited to a group interview where we each went around briefly introduced ourselves then were given a number of tasks related to customer-based scenarios and how we would tackle them as a sales advisor as well as creating a collage related to fashion in mini-teams. This process took around an hour. I was then invited to a solo interview which took about 5-10 minutes the questions were pretty generic but I didn't have good answers due to it being my first interview and my nerves got the better of my judgement and choice of words.

Das Vorstellungsgespräch fand mit zwei anderen Personen ab. Es wurde je eine Frage gestellt die von von jedem Bewerber beantwortet werden sollte. Das Gespräch war sehr angenehm und hat nur 20 minuten gedauert.
