Interview
There was a phone interview and two in-person interviews. They took about two weeks to contact me, but they have a lot of applicants so it is understandable. They were very welcoming from the beginning and they easily expressed the values that H&M believes in.

Interview
All interviewees were placed in a circle, about 5 in my group interview. We all got to know one another with an icebreaker and then the interviewer proceeded to activity 1. We were given a sheet of paper with scenarios and each person would have to pick one and read it aloud. The rest of the group would make suggestions as to how to approach the scenario and the solution would then be read back to the interviewer. Activity 2 was more practical, where the group would engage in a store scenario of unpacking/unloading crates of clothing and hanging it or folding it on display tables/hangers. We also had to multi-task as each member of the group would pretend to be a customer and ask questions whilst unpacking. This tested our multi-tasking skills, team work and attention to customer satisfaction. After that, it was over and it was the fastest hour ever.
