H&M Part-time Sales Advisor interview questions

Sent my resume, received a call to interview. Met with 3 Managers and it went great. They were very welcoming and encouraging to me. I was very happy to accept the position of sales advisor.

The process consists of a presentation, case, group interview and personal interview. They invited around 30 people and managers felt lost and unmotivated. They didn’t pay attention to participants equally, spending less and less time on each applicant as the time was running out. Job interview language varied from Swedish to English and language skills of a hiring manager were relatively poor. All participants had to wait in the closed store for two hours, just standing there along the shelves without any coordination since the manager didn’t know how to spread the time among everyone.
