was invited to a group interview, was very chilled and just asked different scenario questions to see how we worked in a team and asked us to put an outfit together from a magazine

Participated in a national hiring day that included group activities to assess your customer service skills. It was a BIG group of candidates. You start off hiving a discussion with a manager and then come back for the group activities. This was a while ago so I am not sure if they still do it this way.
