H&M Retail Sales Associate interview questions

Questions: - Tell me your pronounces (I was thrown off by this question bc I am from the country where this questions are not asked on interview and in US I have never been asked this question on the interviews before. I think because I didn't answered immediately they were dissapointed and I think it's the main reason I didn't get offer) - Tell me about yourself - Why do you want to work for H&M? - How would you sell to the customers on the register that they need to sign up for h&m membership? (Apparently you need to push it hard)

What are your strengths/weaknesses? What skills do you have that would make you a good fit for this role?
