I applied in-person. I interviewed at H&M (Winnipeg, MB) in Oct 2021
Interview
Pretty easy and straightforward. Asked about personal values and were warm and welcoming. Only one interview was required rather than a series of interviews. I would recommend studying the basics pf H&M history.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at H&M (San Diego, CA) in Jan 2022
Interview
Received a call from hiring manager to come in for interview. Because of the connection issues it was really hard to understand him on the phone.
Arrived on time and have been waiting for 15min because manager was in another meeting. I was interviewed by supervisor in training and the manager. First they talked about themselves a little bit and company culture. Then asked me questions. Whole interview was about 22 min.

Question 1
Questions:
- Tell me your pronounces (I was thrown off by this question bc I am from the country where this questions are not asked on interview and in US I have never been asked this question on the interviews before. I think because I didn't answered immediately they were dissapointed and I think it's the main reason I didn't get offer)
- Tell me about yourself
- Why do you want to work for H&M?
- How would you sell to the customers on the register that they need to sign up for h&m membership? (Apparently you need to push it hard)
A very short interview, interviewer did not seem interested in me which made my interview short as I did not want to continue with the conversation. Was very nice however, but I do not feel I shouldve extended with the interview if the other party was not acting like they were interested in hiring
