H&M Store Manager interview questions

First session of the assessment : Given 6 questions/problems to be solve as a Store Manager. A group of 8 was given 10 minutes to discuss and every solution must be agreed by everyone. And everyone must present the solution. Only few will make it to the next round. Round 2 : Will be given 2 sets of questions, this one is individual assessment to test your knowledge in managing a store. Question 1 : A table of budget and actual, need to write a report and solutions. Question 2 : SWOT analysis. Must answer in 20 minutes, and they'll assign a person that you have to present or explain both reports in 5 minutes.
