I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at H&M (Houston, TX) in Apr 2014
Interview
I was an internal promotion. I was asked some questions relating to job but mosty related to relocatability if that is a word. After, I was offered the position and we spoke about salary. I was given 2 locations to choose from.
Assessment in groups. The assessment is very straight forward, quite aggressive, fast paced, requires fast problem solving skill, team work and need to really sell yourself. Since it's a grouping session, you need to be cooperative and not being selfish, but at the same time, you need to stand out.

Interview
It's a very Lengthly process, it takes approximately two weeks between every stage of interview which are three. The last stage of interview would be better if done with you only instead of more candidates at same time.
