Quite quick 3 steps interview process, first a detailed call with Talent Acquisition Specialist from Harman Group, then a call with a manager, finally direct interview with members of higher management abroad - all costs of travel and stay covered by hiring company. First step was definitely the fastest and with the most visible progress, then I had to wait for setting other calls and meetings. The last meeting was organised very last minute due to management's travel schedule, but in this job you need to be flexible. I had full assistance of Talent Specialist whenever it was needed. Direct interview was professional and nice, although I had an impression it could be a bit more friendly. I didn't like the fact I was asked to prepare a typically marketing type of a presentation (30-60-90), despite of my previous experience in sales and client support, my technical and problem solving background. I think it showed a highly corporate style of a company though, so it was a valuable lesson to learn.
