HARMAN interview questions

I have received multiple mails from different HR people for the same role and they scheduled an Interview on Saturday a and completed 3 rounds and they arranged it on time. After clearing all rounds they called for director round and then for client round to Harman Office and after clearing all they started negotiation on CTC which I didn't agree as I told them earler I have an offer and u have to give more. So far they are holding my offer and keep on conducting interview for same position every week (literelly every saturday/Friday) and I have dropped an email saying I'm dropping my candidature and again they asked me wait and still no reply. I'm not sure why company do like this and I'm expecting a reply of either GO or NO GO and no reply so far. Still every week HR says we are releasing the offer this week and again sending recruitment mail for same position (happend 5 times in 6 weeks) and not sure if it is their nature to test the candidate patience level till maximum extent and might say we are sorry. I have never seen such HR people in my entire career and they should at least have little professionalism.

Do not waste time on giving the interview here if you have notice period more than 1 month, the worst hr possible. They won't reply you even if you got selected they procrastinate your result once you been interviewed. I got call for the weekdays interview passed 3 rounds 2 technical and 1 managerial, the manager told me that last 10 min of director round is remaining else everything is fine. He also given a good feedback and told me about the project i would be working. Now the game start after some time he said he is not able to connect with director to take the interview so will call me back next day and hr will further update it. After following HR for more than 2 weeks they replied suddenly your feedback is negative. I am asking why to waste our time when you don't intend to hire, because manager told me that only concern was with my current notice period
