The whole process is pathetic.
HR called and asked to come for interviews on the upcoming weekend. Asked for the knowledge on application support and experience on Unix.
I went to the company on Saturday, the person at reception asked if I have experience on java to which I said NO. Waited for 3 hour for my turn, and finally all the people with no java experience were asked to leave even without letting us sit for the interview.
1. No mention of java requirement on the call, call letter, JD
2. At the reception , when they asked about the same, they didnt informed that they dont want anyone without java
Overall, this is the worst interview experience in the 5 years of my professional carrier.
Advice to anyone going for the interview:
Please do not go for their Saturday conducted interviews, there panel remain confused and waste the candidates time.

They asked all the simple questions, In Technical Round they asked few programs based on C Language, while HR was also similar to the questions frequently asked.

Interview
I cleared the interview of harman and received the offer letter on 20th April 2017.The interviewer was friend of my current team lead and at the end of the interview i requested him not to tell anyone,however he leaked this confidential information because of which i had problems and resigned after 14 days . I was in constant touch with the HR and told her the situation. And only with her consent i resigned and mailed her my resignation letter.
There was a catch in the offer letter that it had no joining date and i could only see the joining date after logging in to the company's portal.
Soon after my resignation i found out that my login account was disabled. I immediately contacted the HR and she told that she had given offer to some other candidate as i resigned 14 days late. I told her that i did everything as per her consent, then why she acted so strangly against my interest.
She asked me to wait for 1 week to get the offer activated again. I waited and after a week pinged her to ask about my offer activation. she told that she had updated the offer validity and replied as "yes", however i was unable to loggin into the portal.
I asked her to look into the issue and enable the account, she told that it will be solved in 2 days. I waited and again pinged her, she didnt replied , i pinged her continuously for 5 days however she didnt replied, then i called her to know what is the problem. She told me that the position is not created and you can find another job.
Now i want to ask the management, what kind of behaviour is this from the HR that after giving the offer letter the company was not ready for the joining.
This is purely a pathetic,fraud and disgusting behaviour from a company like Harman.
I could have became jobless however thanks to my existing organization, they took back my resignation
Will not recommend any one to join here.
I management want to investigate i have all the proofs for the same.
