HARMAN interview questions

Unprofessional interviewers: I was interviewed at Harman International at Bangalore location at two office (Prestige park and Harman(Symphony Teleca) near ITPL white field) I went for interview through two referrals. I hold Master Degree from abroad(one of the best universities in the world). Interviewer asked basic question of C++ and they were not knowledgable about any topics. They just declined me for no reason. Interviewer and HR were irresponsible. They are least bothered about interviewee. Very bad approach. Completely unprofessional behaviour at HARMAN. Without the proper knowledge of which position to provide, they just simply call for interview. They just waste time and energy of interviewees. I had another referral, It is the same experience even the second time. Second time was even more bad, the interviewer just asked many questions and I answered almost everything. Finally, he said did you really do Master’s in the best university? I felt so bad because person who is not knowledgable spoke about my Master degree. I have got the distinction and merit in that university and I know how I have struggled to study so well. Just in a minute he spoke like so bad. But still I had lot of patience and I just smiled. I just decided even if they give me offer, i would decline because they treat employees very badly. If your talented, they treat you very badly at the team. Worst organisation I have ever seen. But I am very happy that I have been selected for many big organisations, I have choosen one of the best organisation now who respect employee and their talents. I just say everyone that be careful before joining HARMAN, they put you very down. The interviewers and HR are very unprofessional, irresponsible and mainly no knowledge of topics/domain. i applied through elitmus. then at the company premises had a technical test which was again conducted by elitmus then two round of technical interview and HR rounds. i got out after the technical interview.
