Totally 4 rounds of interview. 1st is technical, asked about c# oops concepts like inheritance, polymorphism, abstract class. Asked to write example for all the oops concepts. Then he asked 2 puzzles and writing test cases. 2nd round on SQL query. 3rd round technical and 4th is manager round.

Actually, it was a walk-in interview of which I had no knowledge until my flatmate woke me up early morning and forced me to attend it. In the first round, the interviewer asked questions on C and DS. Also, he asked to explain my project on board. My interview was pretty good but I guess the profile was not suitable as per their requirement.

Interview
A company full of DUMBOS. Don't know their job and call themselves professionals.
All the attendees got invite mails from Harman's HR (Bangalore). It was a 3-4 round process which includes 2-3 technical and 1 Hiring manager round.
It seems HR just searched through the Naukri portal without looking into their own criteria and person's compatibility to the job.
First round happened pretty fast, after that they made candidates wait for 2 hours for result, not because they were busy with so many attendees but because some Principal Architect "The Interviewer" was on the way to office.
After 2 hours of wait, got an update that this guy will take another 2-3 hours to reach to office, so results were declared and asked selected candidates to leave for the day and come on weekdays. Now few people chose to leave and few stayed.
After 1 hour HR comes and in a way pleaded to leave for the day when candidates showed willingness to wait as already people were waiting for 4-5 hours then they tried to scare us by saying that selection ratio of "The Interviewer" is very low and It will be better to come on weekdays as there will be multiple Interview Panels.
Chose to stay and face the guy.
After wait of almost 5-6 hours this gentleman came and we had our technical discussion for 1-2 hour.
After this HR told that technical rounds are done and had an discussion with Hiring manager, who did not see skills, dedication,perseverance, confidence but current CTC and told that they will inform.
Asked HR about this as this was suppose to be one day drive and all rounds are done then whats the delay in final result, , HR told that CTC is already on higher end and they cannot afford that much salary. On asking that did HR not viewed the profile before sending that interview invite, they had no answer. They wasted whole day and gave worst ever interviewing experience.
Suggestion is for those, who respect their skills and time,
please never go to attend this company's interview process.
They are bunch of waste people, who waste others valuable time and resources.
Harman International Bangalore is a BIG NO !!!
