HARMAN interview questions

I applied for the position through Harman website. After around 10 days, one of HR team contacted me and we have a call. Before end of the call he asked for salary expectations then he said that is too high and out of their budget but he will check with recurtment team and reply to me the next day. He did contact me for a week then after a week, he sent me an email saying that they accept my salary expectations and asking me to suggest free time for technical interview. I replied to him but he didn't reply to my email and he didn't send invitation for interview. I sent him asking to schedule an interview and send me an invitation but he didn't reply to my email and he didn't contact me after that time.
