I applied online. I interviewed at HARMAN in Mar 2022
Interview
Had a telephonic conversation with HR team in which they inquired about by career so far and ran through my resume. It was smooth and they scheduled me for technical interview which was done by head of finance.
The interview questions was pretty out of the box since it was more managerial focused and was very related to industry and company practices.
Being a fresher it was difficult to cope up with that and academic questions were very minimal.

Applied through LinkedIn, HR scheduled first round. It was nice experience. Interviewer was calm and he was ready to hear from us. Also corrected our wrong answers also. After this round HR asked to join a call in 2hrs for Managerial round.
Manager was asking question which are not related the JD which I applied. In second round it was horrible experience.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HARMAN (Bengaluru) in Mar 2022
Interview
Too many rounds scheduled stating that each round is for different projects/BU. All panels I met lacked the skill/experience in PO area and questions are all basic and they are often get confused or expect a training based answer. Also had the experience of meeting a rude panel and ultimately had to ask HR to stop scheduling further rounds with Harman.
