HARMAN Java Software Developer interview questions

i waited for 1hr at a clg and then at 11 around they took us to another room and we waited again since i got selected from elitmus i dont need to write the quant and aptittude exam and i was interviewed for TR asked simple qus and asked to write code just the logic part and i got selected for HR at 3 my turn came and the HR came to room he asked where are u frm? why u travel this long and he checked resume and he asked me to explain me the project while i was explaining he got calls went out and in couple of times and said i want u to write code and u are explaining and he even said wait outside we will call

9 machines for online test and more than 80 people were called for interview. Interview process was not planned properly. After 2:30 hrs our turn came for first round of assessment which was of 2 hrs. After this was the technical rounds of discussion. In which they rejected saying profile did not match. Why were candidates called if profile did not match. Overall it was time taking and not planned.
