HARMAN Senior Developer interview questions

3 technical round and 1 client interview and 1 HR round. I have given all the rounds. No response till one week, i called HR and asked for status. She said i have cleared all rounds, and asked about my expected salary she was fine with my ETC. After that no response. Again i called her, she said it's pending with hiring manager to initiate offer process. After that no response, i called her, she said I'm not selected and she is busy with mtg. I feel my notice period is issue here. I have 3 months of notice period. In that case they shouldn't call for interview.
