HARMAN Technical Lead interview questions

1. How do they/me contact for interview? I got a mail from Harman HR via job portal. 2. After sharing my resume over email to HR team, they gave me a call for screening interview. 3. Within a week I got confirmation for the first technical round interview which was telephonic. 4. After first round which was of 1 hour, within next 3 days HR gave me call for Second round of interview schedule which was face to face. 5. Second round of interview MR, was done after one week of first round. 6. After one week HR gave me call for confirmation, you have been selected and come to office for face to face HR discussion.

Got a call from consultancy and i explained my expectation very clearly in terms of CTC, later they checked with Harman and confirmed that it's fine. I attended F2F whole day long interview process (5 Rounds) and finally feedback was positive. Post 2 days i got to know from consultancy that they can't match up my expectation. 2-months later i got call directly from Harman about new opening, i explained about my previous experience to HR and she confirmed that she is fine with my expectation. Again i went to attend F2F round with many candidates, it went whole day long and got to know feedback was positive. Proactively i followed up with HR and got to know that Project is on hold and as expected they never came back. I spoke to few people who were also part of the process and came to know that opening was meant to only 3-4 Yrs experienced candidates. It was so frustrating. its all about publicity and market gimmick that without proper requirement Harman calls people and showcase their existence in the market. As i got this feedback from Many people. So guys be aware of this Company and do proper check while applying.
