Question 1
What volume of Devops pipelines have you handled in past?
They don’t seem to hire skilled people; instead, they call candidates in massive crowds, turning the entire interview process into a complete fish market. On top of that, they have absolutely no respect for people's time.
I attended this walk-in during the scorching hot summer month of May, and the management was terrible. Candidates with anywhere from 0 to over 7 years of experience were left waiting in long lines. To make matters worse, there were no proper arrangements for basic necessities like water or fans, leaving everyone sweating profusely in the heat. They simply do not care about you.
After waiting there for 2 to 3 hours just to be interviewed, I finally decided to leave. I wasn't the only one—many other highly experienced candidates left as well after witnessing this utter mismanagement.
