HSBC Customer Service Representative interview questions

fast process, I got the second interview right after the first phone interview. The questions are not hard which include 2 behavior questions. Describe once you face a difficult customer and once you handle a question you don't know how to do.

They put you in a room with a small group and if you haven't completed the online questionnaire they sent you they want you to do it there and then in the room on your personal mobile phone. They never mentioned that it had to be done before the in person interview, the link they sent only arrived the morning of the interview. My personal mobile device is very old, it struggled to run the questionnaire and they had no alternatives to offer. If they want you to complete things before the interview they need to state it explicitly and send the link in advance, not the day of. Attitude of the manager was extremely dismissive towards me, rude and passive aggressive because I could not do what was asked of me. There is no option available to work full time in the office, you have to do hybrid. If you can't do hybrid then you are wasting your time.
