HSBC Customer Service Representative interview questions

Application process was long, had to do series of assessment prior to initial interview. The initial interview was fun, I was not intimidated reason why I was able to express my mind freely. waiting for the final interview took over a month. just had my final interview yesterday. It was a nice interview, asked me situational experiences how I handled them and I got the job.

First of all there is an Online assessment test about personlity and situational questions, and then online self recording interview about self experience on three questions. For example, how to cope with difficult clients.
