HSBC Manager interview questions

Interview process took about 2months and technical and managerial are quite fair. Just stick to bookish knowledge and tell with practical examples as far as possible. Give exactly answers to the point

I was not hired by HSBC as a consequence of an interview process but through an operation of an acquisition did by HSBC to a Bank in Colombia. Therefore I can not have a good feedback about this process in HSBC Group. In only can affirm that after the acquisition HSBC implemented ASAP their policies a trained the staff on it.
