I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HSBC (Vancouver, BC) in Aug 2019
Interview
The two phone interviews in the first round were a little rough. For some reason, the signal on the other end wasn't that great and the recruiter was a bit robotic. The in person interview was much better.

I applied online. I interviewed at HSBC (Miami, FL) in Jul 2019
Interview
I applied online and was contacted to complete an assessment. After completion, I received a follow up email asking me to provide a good time for a phone appointment. Received call from recruiter who sounded very dry and wanted to go over my work history and what were the reasons for my changes. It sounded more like a production line she needed to get through. Overall, not impressed, left a bad image of HSBC and potentially how they treat employees and maybe even customers.
