Interview
The first round of interview was a panel interview, meeting with a ORA and a AMORA. They asked basic questions and more behavioural questions, to make sure that the candidate's skills and personalities allow him/her to be a good fit for the company/position. The second round of interview was meeting with the Branch Manager. He wanted to make sure that the candidate could provide professional and excellent customer service, and possess strong communication skills while doing cross-sale.

Interview
Very straightforward process. Applied through company website and completed personal assessment. Within a couple of days was contacted by HSBC for a phone interview. The phone interview contained some administrative questions (availability, location, etc.) and the remainder of the interview consisted of behavioural questions and questions about my work experience. After roughly one day I was contacted for an interview in the branch. This interview was very casual and contained mostly behavioural questions.
The interview was tailored around sales and achieving sales goals so be comfortable in describing your sales approach and how you will be successful.
