Question 1
Mostly centered around management style and working in a highly matrixed organization.
It was very smooth. Fast revert from the TA coordinator. Got feedback after two weeks. Didn't get the job but loved the experience still. Seems like a great company to be with.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Henkel in Sep 2022
Interview
Honestly, this must have been one of the worst experiences i have had in my career. The recruiter was nearly 20 minutes late for an interview, and gave no clear excuses on why so (she did have a new cup of coffee, so I imagine that's the reason). She came across as extremely unmotivated , not selling the company nor the position at any moment.
Asked very basic questions (why the job, brief experience, where do you see your career going, etc.). Didn't investigate or ask any behavioural questions.
My motivation to continue in the process (if i pass) is gone.
