Interview
It was a fair. Very strange and unusual for this position and level. Lots of waiting and did not start on time. First a meeting with the hiring manager (operations manager) and then a tour of the facility.

Interview
What was supposed to be a 45 minute video interview was literally cancelled in the last minute, and rescheduled to the day after, but then cut shorter to 30 minute. The 30 minute call was then cut short to 22 minutes as the recruiter was 8 minutes late to the meeting.
After she showed up, she was impersonal and showed little interest in understanding the person in front of her. The whole body language and facial impression were casual and unprofessional, the tone of voice monotonous, while she was supporting her head on her fist from time to time, as if she was bored.
With only 22 min of the original 45 min interview time, I received an automated rejection email a few days later saying I didn't get to the next step.
A very bad experience from a very nonchalant recruiter.
