Interview
It was a several stage interview process. After sendinf CV ans cover lettee I got a call where I was told a little more about the position and was asked a few things in English and some questions about the company. After we scheduled an interview and before that an Excel test.It was mostly v lookup and some calculations and then the 1st interview round with the Brand manager and Junior Brand Manager. I was asked about my experience, some marketing questions and expectations. Then a 2nd round with the same two people to further assess my marketing skills. The final step was a call with the Head of the Department. It was rather informal,I was asked again about my experiences ,why I want to work at Henkel .Overall it was a long process but everyone was very nice and I felt comfortable during the process.
