I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Henkel
Interview
Smooth and very fast process
Initial interview from HR and will forward you to the hiring manager if you are included in their short list. They will screen your experience and potentials before endorsing to the next step of interview.
Manager's interview will be next and last stage of interview.
Interview process was incredibly long and felt like I had to take the reins.
I have been in contact with an HR specialist at Henkel for almost 2 years - have applied/interviewed for a handful of positions that fit my background. Each time I have to email & follow up for information on next steps and/or an answer on rejection. There is no follow up or answers coming from the HR person.
Unfortunately this last time I was in the process of a position and had approx. 5-6 interviews over the span of two months. Unfortunately after multiple follow-up emails I have heard nothing about the position or any feedback. Just ghosted. Unfortunate.
