I was a transfer Model from an Abercrombie and Fitch in Southern California. The process was very streamlined and the manager at the Hollister store took in right away.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What did you do on your time away from the company?
Applied in-person at the store, and chose an interview slot. The interview was a group interview - about 10-15 people. The interviewer just asked general questions, and we went around to room answering them. You have a disadvantage going last though because chances are, someone already gave an answer you were going to give. Advice: sit in the middle!!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hollister Co. (Scottsdale, AZ) in Sep 2012
Interview
The interviews are group interviews. Usually they're around 4-5 people. The questions they ask are moderately easy. I wouldn't have to say that the most difficult question would have to be what is diversity. Because apparently a lot of people don't know what it means but diversity is a huge part of the company.
